I chose this self-proclaimed profession because I believe my societal contribution lies in keeping brick-and-mortar alive as a place of human connection. I care deeply about enhancing retail individuals’ sense of fulfilment & pride towards their work of service. My mission is to foster a “joyful selling” mindset leading to the selling of joy.

Generosity

Selfless acts of kindness: such is the spirit of “Omotenashi” which stands as the backbone of my unique approach. Throughout my workshops, managers & advisors alike witness how the repeated practice of this mindset can yield a limitless ‘win-win’ circle of gratitude.

Japanese work ethics have taught me the unmatched resilience of discipline, the same way Theatre acting has trained me in ‘showing up as my best self’ no matter the internal or external adversities. It is a value I put forth in my coaching sessions, ensuring participants understand the power of intentional rituals, seeking excellence in all of what they do.

In a world where perception of luxury & sophistication continuously evolve, I thrive to promote the ‘elegance of the heart’: a ‘savoir-être’ (way of being) referring to key relational skills, in order to embrace one’s role as both ambassador for the brand as well as personal confidant to the guest.
